Order Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day.

Delivery Times: DPD will deliver your order within 24 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Royal Mail will deliver your order within 72 hours of dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.

Employees of Datekin, Tough Mudder, Spartan, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.​

2. Entry Requirements

To enter the competition, participants must make a qualifying purchase from Datekin between 28/04/25 and 08/05/25.

Each qualifying purchase grants one entry into the competition.

Multiple entries are permitted; each qualifying purchase counts as a separate entry.​

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on 28/04/25 and closes at 11:59 PM on 08/05/25.

Entries received outside this period will not be considered.​

4. Prize Details

The winner will receive entry to the Tough Mudder London West event, taking place on 10 & 11 May 2025 at Culden Faw Estate, Fawley, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 3AP.

The event offers various race options, including:

5K: 12+ obstacles, suitable for ages 14 and over.

15K: 20+ obstacles, suitable for ages 14 and over.

The prize includes the entry fee for one of the above races, as chosen by the winner, subject to availability and age restrictions.

Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included.​

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition period.

The draw will take place on 09/05/25 at 12pm.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1 days of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 1 days of notification, Datekin reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.​

6. General Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Datekin reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Datekin reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation.​

7. Data Protection

Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant's prior consent.​

8. Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
